Great shower filter, with one drawback.

I live in an area with hard water, and for me, the biggest issue I experience with hard water is my hair feeling stripped of moisture after rinsing, even if I just conditioned my hair. For my boyfriend, he (unbeknownst that the hard water was the cause of his issues) would experience dryness in his ...

    Eczema

This shower filter has helped me soooo much. I've heard that the water is very 'hard' in my city and I had theorized that this was one of the many reasons why my eczema has gotten worse in recent years. However after just a few showers with this filter my skin is looking better! It's no cure but it ...

    Unfortunately not effective for me

I'm sad to say I didn't notice any changes in my hair or skin while using this filter. It slightly affects water pressure initially and this worsens as the filter is used. The main issue we had was placing the filter onto the shower pipe. My house was built in the 1970s and the twisting and untwisting necessary to install and change the filter are too intense for our plumbing. The weight of the filter with the shower head has started a leak behind the shower wall. It has become an expensive ineffective try to filter our shower water.

Silly easy to install, and almost instant difference in my skin! Much softer, healthier skin, no dry flaking areas that have to have moisturizer instantly. Hair is softer, less prone to fly away static. I have to say for me this is a no brainer, get yourself one! And go ahead and grab the two pack of filters while you're at it!☺️ Honestly I have yet to find anything from this company that hasn't been a winner. Which is awesome 😎

It was easily installed, however my shower head routinely loses pressure. I have to take apart the filter and shake it, put it back in and the pressure gets stronger. We don't have hard water and we've had shower filters before that didn't have this problem. Probably will be looking for another alternative
