Ulta lost my order and gift card and I never received order
I ordered this beautiful lipstick with a Birthday gift card and used my points… I have yet to receive it and Ulta is denying I made the purchase.. I have shopped with Ulta for many many years and I am quite up set . Phone conversations got me no where. I may never use them again.
