Remove the cap and twist the top of the pen (when using it for the first time, you need to keep twisting the pen continually until you see the oil on the fine thin bristles).
Apply the oil by swiping the brush along the cuticles around the entire base of the nail bed. Can be used on natural nails or manicured nails.
Use daily or as needed.
