I think people that gave it less than five stars don't know how to use the product. literally says to use before washing you shampoo after it and don't condition then you have to put in your normal moisturizing products. It brought back all my curls & coils. I could tell right after using it because I could run my fingers through my hair where normally I could not it was my last resort before cutting my hair.

I used a hair cleansing first, Olaplex 3 for 5 minutes, my normal shampoo then a hair conditioner mask in the shower for 5 minutes followed by a leave in conditioner after towel drying. My hair has never looked so healthy and shiny in over 10 years!

I bought this product after seeing reviews and it has made my hair so dry and brittle, help! Is their any suggestions on how i can get mybhair back to its soft state? And is there anyway i can receive a refund after purchasing 4 bottles at once? Wish i. Ould have given it no stars.
