I bought this a few weeks ago and I can say I love this eyeliner. I have tried so many different ones even expensive brands and it just doesnt do the job like this one. Doesn't appeal to eyeliner or eyebrows
Today I bought this product from a dollar tree in Vegas and I was greatly disappointed, because I tried to do my eyeliner and it didn't look like the color the pencil depicted. And I tried it as a eyebrow pencil and it still didn't look like the pigment that was shown on the bottom of the pencil.

Overall I like to use this creamy eyeliner as it applies nicely and it allows time for me to smudge it how I like before it dries. It stays on my waterline all day and won't smudge on the outer corner of my eye throughout the day. I would just like to be able to sharpen it so I can make my lines more precise.
