I ordered this in November as part of a Christmas present (for myself) and the bottle DOES NOT pump properly. I sent an email to customer service and the representative suggested a couple of things I should try and if it does not work she requested video of pumping it to see it's only coming out on one side and the numbers printed on the bottom. I have provided this information by responding and forwarding my email to customer service about 4 times since 1/1 and no one has responded. So I guess I'm left with really expensive product that does not work properly. Save your money, don't bother getting it.
