So Velvety smooth, Pigmeted as ever, great formula
This is my first purchase a few weeks ago i am absolutely obssesed & in love the best ever colors best matte i have ever used not drying and pair perfectly with kylie's glosses layered on top ! Everything you could've ever wanted in a matte lipstick, also the packaging on the lipstick is so ADORABLE...

I haven't used Kylie in a few years. Just bought 3 new colors and they are not the same as they used to be the formula is different and doesn't stay on more than a few hours. Such a waist of money.

The negative review is that I bought 2 tubes of the same color because it was so pretty, BUT both tubes broke off way before it was used up. I would think Kylie wouldn't sell a product like that!

Customer service is extremely poor. I got no response for 5 days. On the 5th day, the written response I received was extremely rude and unhelpful. References were made to how their policy meant that they were protected against any responsibility for assisting me.

This matte lipstick up to no good shade is very soft, velvet and beautiful. Must have product.
Breaks
I live the lipstick but it keeps breaking off of the base. I bought a second one because I thought maybe I did something to make it happen. But no, I used it once, put it on a counter and the next time I rolled it up to use it I could tell it was loose and broken off. Its a shame because this was my favorite lip color of all time.
