Disappointing Plumper!
I use this product as more of a gloss rather than a plumper since the clear shine is long-lasting. The cooling sensation is quite nice, but I don't see any change of lip volume throughout the day.

I bought the shade Pink Tutu. This lip cream is delicious and smooths to give the illusion of plump. 1000x better than Dior (nasty since they reformulated with that awful taste). I love this balm gloss. Another great Kiko product.

i bought this thinking it was a lip balm - ended up being a hybrid, moisturizing and glossy. it really does smooth out your lips and make them PLUMP. ive bought it two times since.
