I have used L'Oréal telescopic for 20 years, and recently had issues with it not washing off using the same face cleanser and tecnique. I decided to try this mascara, and same problem. Why don't these washable mascaras was off any more? I don't want to use tubing mascara, that looks harmful to pull out lashes like this and L'Oréal. What is going on?

Several factors can make even "washable" mascaras like L'Oréal Telescopic and Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High harder to remove, including formula tweaks, environmental changes, or skin changes. Try a dedicated eye makeup remover, like an oil-based or dual-phase remover, or micellar water. Apply to a cotton pad, hold against your eye, and gently wipe downwards. A waterproof makeup remover can be used for extra stubborn mascara. Tubing mascaras, while different in removal (tubes slide off with water), are not inherently harmful when used correctly. Smears!
Was looking for a lower lash waterproof mascara and this is NOT it. It smears so easily!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND
This mascara doubles as the perfect voluminous mascara and it lengthens. I think that this is a great choice for anybody who is looking for good product for a fairly good price.
Disappointed
He wand is terrible! It's way too flexible to use effective, the bristles do not separate my lashes, the mascara itself is so wet that it clumps immediately, it dries slowly, it flakes, it smears and smudges, and is way too expensive for how difficult it is to work with. Will not buy again, and do not recommend.
Raccoon Eyes
The wand picks up too much mascara at once so you end up with smudges VERY easily! The formula isn't easy to spread out so you often end up with spidery lashes. My eyes aren't overly sensitive and this formula made them SO itchy!
