I've been having a hard time getting it off, what would you suggest is the best way to get the waterproof one off?

Waterproof mascara is formulated to cling to lashes and withstand water and the elements, so it should only be removed with a proper eye makeup remover. Water alone won't cut it, and soap will strip and dry out lashes in the removal process (while also less effective than an eye makeup remover.) Really liked it but…..
Purchased the waterproof version of this mascara a little over a month ago. I really liked everything about it. Formula was good, liked the way the wand flexed and was structured and the ease of removing my goofs. With that said, in the last few times of use, I have noticed that it is very clumpy and the brush has gotten gloppy. Mind you, I don't wear mascara every day. I have probably worn it 20 times max. That's a very short life span to become clumpy in my opinion. Probably would not purchase again for the price paid.
