Is this mascara removable with soap and water?

The BEST mascara in the world
I love this mascara! Ever since I discovered it, it's the only one I use! It makes my eyelashes so long and every time I use it I get compliments and get asked what mascara do I use. Thanks to this product I don't even need to wear false lashes.

Too wet/heavy for short, weak lashes
I have short, wimpy East Asian lashes that stick straight down and have trouble holding a curl so I always have to curl them before applying mascara. Nice Mascara for the Price
Nice but compared to higher priced mascaras I found that this is messing when applying. I always get dots on my lid or under the eye and that is applying to top lashes only. I also didn't notice when I bought it that there was no protection seal, which would make me not buy this again.
Favorite mascara
I love this mascara and buy it in multiples. My only complaint is that our local Ulta never has enough cashiers and that equals long lines. :(
Lovely Formula!
I have always loved this mascara and came back to it recently wondering why I ever stopped using it to try anything else! I love the formula it's so fresh and separates my lashes so beautifully! I have beautiful defined lashes thanks to your mascara! I bought the two pack but I prefer this one but the waterproof one is still great too! Thank you so much for your product! It's cruelty free and clean ingredients! Lovely mascara!
The best mascara
I have used this mascara for over 3 years now and I have never had a single complaint with it. It gives the best long lash effect. it's also very good if you have shorter lashes [as I do] to give them added length. definitely a repurchase!
