Doesn't work and horrible customer service
Couldn't get the ball to work, contacted Customer Service. They asked for pictures and LOT number - sent the same day. Then after 3 months - I contacted them again and they wanted me to send the product back to them for QA analysis. Too much work. Hopefully they read this and figure out what cus...

Simple solutions
This fragrance is absolutely incredible! The rollerball is complete garbage but all you have to do is either decant it, or change the rollerball. Problem solved.

Faulty Rollerball
This perfume smells so good but my rollerball is faulty! It works sometimes and other times it doesn't which is annoying. I would honestly just buy a spray bottle and skip the rollerball.

A little pricey, but worth it. However. All the reviews complaining about the rollerball being defective? 1000% true. I don't know why; I've never had an issue with rollerballs not working before. I've had to resort to using a thumbtack to wedge in between the rollerball and the little rubber part to try to get it to work, and that still doesn't fix it. The scent alone is worth 5 stars, but the rollerball issue truly is ridiculous. If you've got the money to spend on the spray version, do it and save yourself the frustration.
