Doesn't work and horrible customer service
Couldn't get the ball to work, contacted Customer Service. They asked for pictures and LOT number - sent the same day. Then after 3 months - I contacted them again and they wanted me to send the product back to them for QA analysis. Too much work. Hopefully they read this and figure out what cus...

Smells beautiful but defective
So the scent is beautiful its soft and flora but it didn't last as long as you would expect from a Eau de Parfume but I still love it! Would've been a 4 star review but the rollerball is the main issue it's so dry no product wont come out. Disappointed…
Smells amazing but roller doesn't work
I dont know if theyve changed the formula or what, but it wont come out no matter what you do. Even removing the ball doesnt work. I tried removing the stoppers and pouring into an old bottle but it wont even pour, its too thick.
Scent does not last
Scent is very light but after a half hour or so there is no longer a scent. This surprises me since this is a perfume oil, not eau de toilette. I had others try this and the same effect happened, the scent is gone as if it was not applied. I would not buy this again.
I definitely will buy this again. Great travel scent
This scent lasts. It's not overpowering. It's become my favorite go to.
