Rinse mouth for 1 minute with one capful. Gargle with another capful for 30 seconds to clean your throat, a major source of bad breath. Wait 5 minutes before eating. Use morning and night. *For 24 hours of fresh breath, rinse twice daily after brushing and flossing.

This mouth wash was so good I went and bought the pink one and the lavender one right away! I love that it doesn't burn and taste good! It's very effective my mouth was smelling better than ever and it lasted the entire day! I used to hate mouth wash not anymore!

Strong mint flavor, but really effective! I definitely felt it cut down on any bad breath I had after coffee, I usually get the dark blue mouthwash from this brand but I might switch to this one! I don't like the packaging but I love the formula.

I love this stuff. The flavor is decent, and so is the scent. The packaging is nice, and the effectiveness is good as well. It was great value for my money because I was able to purchase it for free!

this stuff is the absolute truth. the level of freshness and mint is enough to clear your sinuses, which I love, but it also makes my mouth feel so clean. whatever they put in here to get that punch of icy mint. I love it and I am absolutely switching to this as my full-time mouthwash. I love that it's alcohol free so it doesn't dry out my mouth and I love that it actually has a strong minty flavor unlike other brands.
