Is this micellar water effective? Yes. Is it gentle? Yes. Is it hydrating? Yes. It's a shame then that it has so much fragrance in it. This product worked well regarding taking makeup off. I also enjoyed using it as a cleanser for the days I just needed a little pick me up. Made my skin feel nice and hydrated. Highly recommend!

I used this cleanser with a cotton pad after removing my make up with a make up wipe & was surprised by how much make up was still left over on my face! Will continue to use this cleanser in my daily skin care routine. I am also considering purchasing the Neutrogena hydro boost gel moisturizer to go along with this product.

The Neutrogena Hydro Boost Micellar Water is fantastic, and it contains hyaluronic acid that can boost my skin hydration. It cleans my skin while hydrating it. It's alcohol free, so it's very gentle on the skin, even sensitive skin, and it won't burn your face. I would add this micellar water to my skincare routine. Compared to other makeup removers, this micellar water is a lot easier to use. It easily removes makeup without causing any skin irritations. I like how it saves my time because it doesn't require water after use, so it's very convenient. I really like the no rinse formula. It can remove eyeshadows, mascaras, foundations, face powders and lipsticks, etc. My face feels so clean after use. It doesn't contain any harsh chemicals, and it's safe to use every day.
