Most Helpful Positive Review Great multi-purpose product!
Really like the way this removes all make-up and mascara. I have been using an eye makeup remover and a cleansing oil (plus warm water rinse) to remove makeup before cleansing with Foaming Cleanser and an electronic face brush. With the Micellar Water, I can skip the eye makeup remover, cleansing oil, and messy warm water rinse steps! Saves me time, mess, and money. Also great for traveling with the flip-top cap. Love it

I use their facial cleanser and pm moisturizer. I tried this only because it was a freebie with the am moisturizer. 4 Days later my face is still swollen and red. I look as tho I aged 10 years. I have bags under my eyes. My vision was blurred my eyes were swollen almost shut. I was on vacation and could not go outside because the air would hurt my face HORRIBLE PRODUCT and should be removed from the shelves

I use this product on days when I don't have the energy to fully wash my face. It takes off my make up decently and it doesn't sting my eyes. My skin doesn't feel stripped or dry either after I use it. I also have combination/ oily skin and it doesn't disrupt the balance of it.
Really cleans skin

this is like my 5th or 6th purchase. absolutely love it. it's not irritating at all and i have sensitive skin. even after washing my face i can still see stuff coming off on the cotton pad. it's a great toner and doesn't leave your skin dry.

So I have very dry skin and washing my face in the am feels like I'm wasting my natural oils and the previous product I applied the night before.
Well this micellar water from @cerave is a non rinse ultra-gentle cleanser that will remove excess oil, dirt and makeup.
This micellar water has ceramides which is super hydrating for your skin. It also has niacinamide which also helps hydrate your skin while giving you other benefits.
This is why I love using this in the morning because it gently cleanses my skin without disrupting my skin barrier.Cerave Hydrating Micellar Water

I'm aging and I have lost 40 pounds so my facial skin was really saggy, wrinkled, and dry. I've been using Cerave products for two weeks and I can already see a difference in lines and wrinkles and the sagging under my eyes is gone!! Love the eye cream!!!
Love this! I would buy it again and again!

I like this product because it takes my make up off and is a great step 1 before washing my face and helps leave it feeling clean and hydrated.
I can't live without

I can't live without micellar water. I just recently discovered this hydrating micellar water and wanted to try it out. It is wonderful. It has 3 essential ceramides and niacinamide for a boost of hydration and takes away any make up and dirt left after the cleanser. It's my new holy grail! No perfume and approved for eczema skin. I love it!
Perfect for a morning refresh
Blue624sky from Massachusetts
Instead of doing a regular wash in the am I use this to remove my skincare from the night before. It works great! Removes everything and leaves my skin clean, refreshed and hydrated! A lot of micellar waters out there have drying alcohol in them but this has a lot of hydro g ingredients in it so it really preps your skin for the next steps in your skincare routine. This is def a keeper in my routine!
Wouldn't change a thing

This micellar water is perfect for removing traces of makeup, more specifically eye makeup. It doesn't have a scent or an oily texture to it and it doesn't make my eyes or skin burn. On lazy days I'll soak two cotton rounds and do a quick once over my skin in place of cleansing in the morning and I never feel stripped or heavy, only clean and refreshed.
This Will Be a Keeper

I was ready to buy my usual choice, Neutrogena eye makeup remover miscellar water but the salesperson showed me this Cerave, which is a bigger bottle and a little more cost effective, so I gave it a chance and am glad I did, because it removed better than Neutrogena. It also doubles as a face cleaner too. no water needed. I use eye makeup that can be hard to remove but this is gentle and requires a bit less use of product than Neutrogena.

I grabbed this because my Cetaphil makeup remover was discontinued. I went through like 7 cotton rounds when I usually only need 2. And even then, there was still some product left on my face. It also doesn't exactly feel hydrating like it advertises.
Why would they remove the hyaluronic acid??

They changed the formula, I'm so disappointed. The ingredients list on Ulta are not the same as the bottle. This is not the formula I loved. It no longer gives that hydrated glow of the old formula.

I use this during my nighttime routine on days when I'm wearing makeup before cleansing with the Cerave Hydrating Facial Cleanser. I also use this on some mornings to remove any remaining skincare products from the previous night. I really enjoy it, I've never regularly used a micellar water prior to this and it will definitely continue to be a staple in my routine. Double cleansing, especially on heavy makeup days, definitely makes a noticeable difference in my skin.
Gentle and effective

I really like this. I was searching for something gentle to remove my makeup before I use my cleanser. This is gentle, effective, doesn't bother my sensitive skin and is hydrating.
Great for sensitive, oily, rosacea prone skin

This product has such mixed reviews, but I love it. I think that it depends what you want to use it for... I don't remove makeup, just sunscreen, and mostly use it when I don't want a deep wash- I want a gentle wash that won't irritate my face. Some have reported that it has irritated their skin, and they are probably sensitive to the niacinamide that does cause a reaction for some- but my skin loves it and it controls my oil and keeps me zit free without stripping my skin.
For me, it's a great AM gentle wash that doesn't put hard water on my skin and is great for when my skin is irritated. I also use it on my neck and chest at night after washing my face when I don't want to hop in the shower, and it helps my serums and creams go on better.
Was not impressed

Love this brand but this did not take much, if any at all, makeup off my face. It didn't not feel cleansing either!

This is by far the best micellar water I've ever used. I've tried Garnier, Simple, Drunk Elephant, and Clinique. I didn't like the additives in the others. It's very affordable.
Totally changed my skin for the better

I only use Cerave products - their basic cleanser and moisturizer, vitamin c serum, and this micellar water. The addition of the micellar water has really helped to prevent breakouts (I get zero pimples if I use it religiously) and my skin is smoother than it has ever been. It's also amazing for nights and mornings when I just can't work up the energy to do my entire skincare routine - I just wipe my face with this and it works pretty well on its own.

I'm on a skincare journey & learned that most of us do not need to cleanse in the morning but instead, can use a no-rinse micellar water. Not all micellar are made the same, in my opinion. Sometimes, you can shake up a bottle & you've got those separation bubbles...you know the ones. I didn't want that because I feel those formulas just sit on the face or are better for removing makeup. While researching I came across this one & of course, CeraVe is a trusted & affordable brand. Ingredients? HELLOOO glycerin, ceramides & niacinamide. We loooove. No icky ingredients or fragrant components. This is a great formula to lightly whisk away the oils that may have been produced during my nights rest while maintaining my skin barrier. I am normal/combo & using this in the morning following my nightly skin routine has done wonders of healing my barrier acne & combating oiliness due to balancing my hydration level. I'm always in a rush (poor time management skills) & using this instead of a cleanser has also saved me time in the mornings.

It's way better than other micellar waters! This brand is hands down the best!
Better than Bioderma

On my fifth bottle, I've tried very high end ( La Prairie, etc) but this one takes the cake. I use it mornings and after gym.
I really like this

I really like this product! It's comparable to any other drugstore micellar that is usually highly rated. It takes stubborn eye makeup off, it doesn't sting or dry out my sensitive skin, and it does leave my skin relatively hydrated.

i have sensitive and combination skin (oily t zone and dry cheeks). i really wanted something to clean my skin well without drying it out. i use this after the foaming hydrating cleanser from cerave. it works so well taking off all the gunk and dirt on my face even after washing. sometimes it takes a couple cotton pads to take it all off but still super satisfying

Definitely my favorite micellar
joshe5 from undisclosed
Definitely my favorite micellar water! It breaks down sunscreen pretty well, feels fresh and it's got other great ingredients like niacinamide. It says that you don't HAVE to rinse it off but I would always recommend rinsing it off or following with a water based cleanser. This by far is my favorite micellar water though, it just works perfect and my skin feels great after using it
