Absolutely love this product it does not irritate my skin it does not dry out my face or any part of my body and it cleans thoroughly and also I do not have blackheads on my skin it does clean out your pores very well

What happened
My bottle expanded. I removed the pump to release the pressure. 2 days later, I found the products had spewed out all over the bottle and my basket on my counter.

why would they change this
this product used to work great but they changed the formula sometime this year. it is no longer foamy. it's the consistency of lotion. and it doesn't clean makeup off. it's made my skin terrible since the new formula came out

I love this cleansing product. It is gentle, yet also makes your face feel really clean. I wish it were easier to find as it is often out of stock at local big box stores and pharmacies. Also I'd love it if this were packaged in a translucent bottle so ti would be easier to tell when it is running out.

It's a great starter cleanser for new beginners. It's gentle on my skin and has a nice soft scent. It did also help reduce some of acne and it's a good price

Cetaphil corporate has lost its way. Cetaphil WAS my favorite drugstore skincare line - it was a line for those of us who don't like CeraVe, and used to have gentler, healing products. NOW, Cetaphil has become a CeraVe clone. This cleanser used to be the best creamy, rinse off cleanser for dry, sensitive skin. Now, it is of a different consistency and is irritating to my skin. You lost me as a customer. I am going back to Vanicream, a company which hasn't forgotten its vision and purpose.

My daughters love this face wash for their acne prone skin. Been buying this for years. A little goes a long way. Never any problems with dry skin like a lot of other brands.
