This scent is by far the best I've ever had. On a scale 1-10 it's easily a 10, the smell is hard to explain it's like if fresh and clean was an actual scent itself. My favorite choice of perfume hands down, I got the small bottle but I will go back for the largest one soon.

horrible service from Ulta
It was my first time ordering from Ulta online, and I'm very disappointed. I love Her Eau de Parfum, but the service from Ulta was terrible. First, my order was delayed. They claimed they were "unable to deliver the package" for no clear reason. When I called and said I needed it for that evening, they couldn't explain why it wasn't delivered—just said it would come the next day. The next day, I finally received the package, but the fragrance box was completely smashed—it looked used or like it came from the trash. On top of that, they sent the wrong fragrance. When I called again, they told me I had to return it first before getting the correct one and wait another three days. Delivering on time and sending the right product shouldn't be that hard. What's the point of ordering online if I still have to wait longer and end up going to Ulta anyway?

It is my first time ordering through Ulta and it wasn't a pleasant experience. I supposed to receive yesterday, but for no reason it was delayed. Now, when I received a package they put the wrong item in it. I received "Intense" instead of Her Eau de Parfum. Still didn't get my Burberry Her. Also, It is in a condition like they picked it up from the trash been. I do not recommend Ulta in general
