Apply an even layer onto face, neck and chest, avoiding the eye area. Start with a few applications a week and increase use, if tolerable. Use no more than once a day. Follow with moisturizer. Slight tingling or redness upon application may occur. Patch test prior to use is advised. Sunburn Alert: Contains an AHA that may increase skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.

I love glycolic acid, but please be careful as 10% can be highly sensitizing–specifically for skin of color individuals– as it can burn your skin and deep hyperpigmentation can appear. I have sensitive skin and well my skin had been balanced more than usual lately, but I was wondering should I risk my balanced skin trying something like glycolic acid? Well I did it and I must say my fine lines on my forehead have reduced by about 50% mine and my blackheads on my chin (most likely from mask) have almost disappeared! I tried BHA 2% and it did an ok job got rid of the darkest ones and prevented new one but mostly keep it stable but I've only used this 3 times and my blackheads are 90% gone! I've never had blackheads in this area so it was new territory for me but this helped so much! And my skin can tolerate it, I used it twice one week and once last week. I'm nervous to use it more than that but really happy with my purchase!
