Ever since the packaging for Origins started changing (which they started to make smaller btw... for the same price. Even the samples; theres like one drop of product in each sample) its gone downhill. I was so excited for this to arrive, I got the bronze one, i've been using it for 2 weeks and... just no. It smells horrible, I was expecting it to smell orangey- no it smells like straight up make up/chemicals. Soooooooo disappointed.

I like the pearlescent finish of this lightweight moisturizer. My skin is on the drier side, so I use a thin layer of this Glow-Boosting Gel Moisturizer over my regular Ginzing Energizing Rich Cream. Used this way, it's more of a luminizer that gives a subtle, even glow. I've used other, similar products in the past, but they tend to be too thick or shimmery. This has the right balance of consistency and shine.

I've used the previous shade in the past and did notice it was a bit too dark on my skin. I picked up the new shade since I knew I liked the formula and smell of the product. WOW! It's the most beautiful moisturizer ever. It has a nice glow to wear alone or under makeup. It dries down and energizes my face. I highly recommend the new shade!

I swear by this moisturizer. Somehow it evens out my skin and blends perfectly into my hairline. If I have redness or an acne spot, somehow it manages to cover it and balance the redness to minimize the look of inflammation. I put a bit of this with my SPF and the coverage is great! And it has a really subtle glow hue to it, almost microscopic pieces of glitter. My skin truly captures the light and looks so pretty when I use this!
