For maximum impact with PÜR Fully Charged Mascara, begin by placing the mascara wand at the base of lashes. Hold for a few seconds to set. Wiggle the wand in a back-and-forth motion and repeat to build. For dramatic volume, apply PUR's Fully Charged Mascara Primer first, allowing it to dry slightly before applying mascara. To reach even the tiniest lashes, use the tip of the wand vertically for precise application. For best results, avoid pumping the wand in the tube as this introduces air and can dry out the formula. Pro Tip: To help prevent drying out the mascara, do not pump wand. Replace every 3 months.

Fully charged mascara
This product is very thick and clumpy on the brush and lashes it does not go on well is flaky and dry once applied I would not recommend this product. The container says mascara powered by magnetic technology. So I'm not sure what ingredients are in it.

Smudges
This mascara left smudges under my eyes half way through the day. I've tried it several times. Also it's difficult to remove. I'm used to mascara that can be removed with just water. I definitely need an actual remover for this. It does make my lashes look pretty, but the smudges and difficulty to remove make it not for me.
Does Nothing
I tried putting on 5 coats & it did nothing. worse mascara ever. what did go on my lashes my husband noticed flecks under my eyes 2 hrs later. ugh! 3x I tried this in 3 different years only because it came in a Ulta Beauty set. glad I didn't buy it by itself. sad because I love their selfie foundation, that I'd give a 5 star review.

maybe it's the product they shipped to me but I did not like it. the mascara product seemed dry and applying it to my lashes was very clumpy. and when I had applied some on my bottom lashes, the product transferred to my under eyes and concealer. Definitely not getting this again.

This is the ONLY mascara I can wear that doesn't cause an allergic reaction. Love this mascara and hope this formula never changes. I have not been able to wear mascara for years now because of allergies. ❤️
Formula change?
This used to come in a matte tube and it was glorious. Lasted all day and didn't budge. Now it comes in a glossy tube and it's trash. It smudges under my eyes after just 3 hours. I'm not sure if the formula changed or what.
