Beautiful at first but too drying.
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This powder looks amazing when first applied but I notice that as I wear it is it too drying and it settles in all of the lines on my face and clings to dry patches. I can use this lightly just on my under eyes but it truly isn't my favorite. It has great coverage though! I just wish i could make it work better

I have oil & acne prone skin. I normally use Clinique but was looking for something more reasonable priced. Well, you get what you pay for. Not a whole lot of coverage & made me break out. Definitely going back to Clinique sheer matte pressed powder! And I use other Maybelline products which I love! Sorry Maybelline, this one didn't cut it for me 😔
Matte for days
Ok so I heard this is a dupe for a very popular powder and I own the other one, so let's compare. Buildable, yes. Go light and powdering, or pack it on. Very good coverage and you don't need a ton to even out your skin tone and give your skin a much better texture. Slightly minimizes pores. A lot better if you add a primer. This is a true matte powder. Almost a little too matte for me. I find that if I build a couple layers it just feels heavy and I don't like that so I'll stick to setting my makeup lightly. All in all, great dupe for the price point
