Would these brushes work well for applying a baked highlighter as an eyeshadow?
- Asked by Curious Makeup Consumer
- Official Answer By Real Techniques - Brand EngageHi! If you are looking for a soft diffused eye look, this duo would be perfect for application! Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
Do these or the Eye-Pop brushes work for cream shadow? Thank you!
- Asked by Valiently
- Official Answer By Real Techniques - Brand EngageHi there, I think you would be happier with the Eye Shade & Blend, rather than the InstaPop Eye brushes. The InstaPop brushes work better for loose powder. This set (the Eye Shade and Blend) is great for powder, but I think it would work better with cream shadow. Thanks! Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
Which is best for eyeshadow if you only have one set- this set or the other Eye-Pop Techniques brush set? Thank you!
- Asked by Valiently
- Official Answer By Real Techniques - Brand EngageHi there, I would recommend the Eye Shade + Blend as that is more versatile and works really well with both cream and powder shadow. The InstaPop Eye set was really designed more for powder applications only. Thanks! Was this answer helpful to you

I'm looking for a brush to cover blemishes and dark spots with my powder foundation. Would these work well for that? Or is there a better brush that is made for that?
- Asked by brittney
- Verified Reply - Brand ExpertHi Brittney, I love this question and I think I have the perfect brush for you! I have really bad under-eye circles and find I need a brush that is going to fan the product out, not smear it around. I use our Setting Brush: http://www.ulta.com/setting-brush?productId=xlsImpprod4260019 It looks like it has a big brush head and, while it's not teeny tiny, I find it's perfect for direct application onto the problem areas, but then it fans and blends the product out around the edges perfectly. Hope that helps! Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
Are these brushes the same as the ones included in the Enhanced Eyes set?
- Asked by Kelsey
- Verified Reply - Brand ExpertHi Kelsey, The Base Shadow brush in the Enhanced Eyes set is slightly smaller and more compact. The Perfecting Crease brush is the same. Thanks! Was this answer helpful to you

Great buy!
This was a 1st time purchase for me but will not be the last time. Wow the brushes are so soft and makes the blending process so easy. And the price is great as well. I love makeup but I'm over all the overpriced cosmetics that are on the market.

Disappointed
This was my first time buying RT brushes and I had high expectations due to all the good reviews i have read on blogs and YT. I was pretty disappointed as the brushes were not up to mark especially the eye shade brush. The bristles are not soft and uneven.

I felt like these brushes held onto more product than it placed. I was looking for a solid budget option for brushes and I feel like these fell short.
Not for me
