Use on dry skin before showering. Starting with your legs, gently brush using long, upward strokes. Then repeat on the arms, always brushing towards the heart. Finish with the midsection, gently brushing down from the chest to the waist.
Cleaning, Care, and Maintenance: Rinse and lay flat with bristles facing up to dry. Replace as needed.

Not good for sensitive skin
I was so excited to get this because friends have raved about the benefits of dry skin brushing. Unfortunately, I have sensitive skin and the brush is just too scratchy. i really like it!
personally i really like this, the only bad thing is that its scratchy (of course its an exfoilating brush lol) but overall i really like it and after using it and putting on lotion my legs felt soft and smooth

I wasn't a big fan of dry massage, but I decided to give it a try and bought this brush. It massages and exfoliates the skin very well, but it is not suitable for those with very thin and sensitive skin because it is too rough. Therefore, it is better to avoid areas where the skin is most sensitive.
Fantastic Product
Need a dry brush to exfoliate your arms and legs? This is the brush for it, got it for my husband and using it befofe a shower routine really helps buff away dead skin. Having the skin exfoliated like this makes any shower products penetrate deeper for improved results.

Buy the brush !
I purchased this today, my skin has been so dry lately and I am an avid self tanner & thise two are a horrid combo. I used thus brush before showering, it is a bit rough but i expected that. I showered when i was finished & my skin felt amazing after showering and applying lotion. Definitely reccommend purchasing brush!
