Pour in 2 cupfuls of Epsom Salt Soaking Solution under warm, running water to transform an ordinary bath into a gentle, moisturizing spa. Soak for 20 minutes.

Not for me!
I was really excited to try this stuff as I've heard great things about it. Unfortunately it's not for me, I after about 10 minutes I got super itchy and broke out in hives. It has a really nice and relaxing scent to it, just not for my sensitive skin.

I love Dr. Teal's epsom salts and will continue to support the brand - but not this variety. The eucalyptus scent is overpowering. Couldn't smell the spearmint at all. Very disappointing.
