Pretty color...just personally burns my lips too much
I really can't handle these Plumping burning lip products myself. I rarely even buy them. I figured a liner might not be so bad. I picked up shade Fill Em In. It is a very pretty mauve color for fair skin. I am unfortunately throwing it out because I tried a few times and I just cannot stand the tingling/burning sensation of it.
Does not work well for me
I absolutely loved this liner when I received it in a gift. Unfortunately, I am allergic to one of ingredients and have been getting blisters on lip every time I've used it. I've since discontinued, but disclaimer
Great color and feels great on
This is a great color that is long lasting. I didn't notice any real plumping effect which was disappointing because I was looking forward to a little extra oomph. But because the color was great and it didn't dry out my lips, I really liked it. This went on smoothly and stayed in place. It was nice and thin so it applied beautifully and precisely.

I realky wanted to love this lip liner. The colors offered are great. But daaaang, theres a delayed reaction in the STING you feel after putting these on — mine didn't start until about 20 mins later, and -no joke- I can still feel it stinging 48 hours later (after only one application!) I wish NYX would reformulate this WITHOUT the plumping sting!
