For a Dior product, I expect quality. That is not what I got. The formula is on the drier side - not necassarily a bad thing - but because of that it is an absolute monstrosity to work with. Disappointed, I really expected better quality, the product is very thick, difficult to put on and give a good shape. What I like is that it comes off very quickly without damaging your eyelashes.

As usual, your products are great. I purchased as a gift and it came beautifully packaged.
the formula of the mascara needs improvement
The consistency of the formula is just a sticky mess. It is visually crumbly on the first stroke. If you add another layer, you will end up with clusters of eyelashes which could be hardly taken apart. The fibers are to big and they easily pile up on eyelashes which make them (1) stick together (since they get too heavy) and (2) loose even their natural curve. The final look gives an impression that it is a very old expired cheap product.
