We recommend using Leave In Conditioner when your hair needs conditioning, help with detangling and manageable hair, while taming flyaways and nourishing dry ends. If using on wet hair •Spray about 6 to 8 inches away from eyeline down. Using a wide tooth comb, from the eyeline begin brushing hair. •The combing process will allow the right amount of product to reach the roots without having to directly apply there. I so, SO badly wanted to like this - the reviews were absolutely glowing, everybody swore by it, and I've been so desperate for some kind of leave-in treatment that will cool the frizz in my hair without weighing it down or making it greasy, so when my search led me to this spray I was really excite...

Am returning and would not buy again
TL;DR: not made for thick curls and smells like a grandma poured her perfume all over my head. I should have known not to buy a mist for my thick, curly hair as it doesn't a) actually coat all of my hair, and b) just requires a lot more product to be used to get remotely close. I will say that it did detangle well, but with how much product I had to use for just one day, this bottle would only last me about 5 days. That's pretty expensive to have to replace that often. I only decided to try this at the recommendation of the Ulta employees in my store (after asking for something best for curls) and had heard many people talk about these products, but I will be steering clear in the future. My other main complaint is the smell. It smells like an old lady perfume. And since I had to use so much, I feel like I have doused myself in it. I'm not super sensitive to smells, but I'm seriously considering going to wash my hair and starting over again just to get the smell out. Even with all of my other hair products on top of it, that's all I can smell. Overall, this may work if you have fine hair or you just don't get a lot of tangles.

Hair Type Wavy Hair
I love the scent of all the Oua products which is a bonus but this effectiveness of the product is equally impressive. I have fine, straight hair with extensions in and my daughters, 1 curly and 1 wavy with fine hair. All 3 of use it and it works on our hair, For mine, it keeps my extensions smooth, shines and deranged. For my daughters it helps to smooth and define their waves and curls.

I think that I would wait for sales because the OUAI mini doesn't last very long and I think that there is much cheaper that I could have gotten.
For my fine, low porosity, wavy haired girlies!
I have fine, low porosity, wavy hair that is easily weighed down and gets build up so fast and just feels greasy. I originally got the mini as a gift and it lasted me almost a year bc you don't need much. It detangled my hair super well but if you have low porosity fine hair like me I recommend applying it while your hair is wet/soaking wet and it helps so much and doesnt feel greasy at all.

I love this leave in conditioner whether I style my hair curly or straight! It smells good and hydrates really well. I've tried other brands and keep coming back to this one. I now have to buy 2 bottles because my husband loves it too! He uses it to style his short hair instead of gel or pomade.
