Revlon no longer offers repairs or service of our Beauty Tools, however we do offer a Revlon Lifetime Guarantee on many of our Revlon Beauty Tools. This guarantee will be specifically stated on our packaging. If an implement fails due to defective material or workmanship, Revlon will replace the Revlon Beauty Tool with a gift certificate to cover the cost of the implement. Due to availability, replacement requests beauty tools can take up to 4-6 weeks or longer.
