Broken bad quality
The cases on these lipsticks are not well made, I bought 5-6 of these crème and matte lipsticks and 3 of them were broken. I've reached out Kylie cosmetics and there was no response. The worst customer service. Do not buy these. They don't even replace the damaged ones.

When the lipstick arrived, the color was very, very different from what was shown on the model. The color on the model was a shade of pink, but the lipstick I received was a brown color. The lipstick also lost its color quickly. Its color didn't last for five minutes even. Oil from the lipstick also bled into my mouth.
