Broken bad quality
The cases on these lipsticks are not well made, I bought 5-6 of these crème and matte lipsticks and 3 of them were broken. I've reached out Kylie cosmetics and there was no response. The worst customer service. Do not buy these. They don't even replace the damaged ones.

I was so excited for this lipstick. I love Kylie Cosmetic products but was sadly disappointed when the product arrived broken and not usable. I reached out to the seller and talked to someone and they said they would send a replacement. Well, it has been almost 2 months now and the product is still just marked as "confirmed" so they obviously forgot to send my shipment or just flat out don't care that my product was broken. I hate to say it, but I won't be purchasing from this company anymore.
