Size:
Prior to application, align nails with tab sides facing your cuticles and find correct size for each nail (jot down the # found on the tab on each nail--1 is largest, 11 is smallest--for future use.) When you are in between sizes go smaller, not larger.
Prep:
Wash hands with soap and water and dry thoroughly. Use included cuticle stick to push back any excess skin. Wipe nails with the enclosed prep pad (the most important step), to clean nails for better adhesion. (You can use rubbing alcohol in place of or in addition to prep pad.)
Apply:
Peel backing from nail then press it down on your natural nail, in the center and at both sides at the same time. Hold for 30 seconds. (Press on thumbnails last.)
If there is exposed adhesive, brush clear nail polish between your nail and the imPRESS and press down.
Wait at least an hour to wet hands or file nails if desired.
Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Contains flammable Prep Pad. Wear beyond 7 days is not recommended.

The Manicure kit comes with 30 nails and sizes start at ‘0’ as the largest nail and end at ‘11’ which is the smallest nail; that’s 2 nails per size. I've been using Kiss imPRESS nails for the past several months and they have been a game changer. I always wanted to have nice nails but couldn't justify the price tag and frequency of getting them done every couple of weeks at the salon. These are easy to apply and I can usually get 2-3 weeks of wear out of each set as long as I roughen my nails with a file and then apply the alcohol wipes.

The new formula for the glue used on the ColorFX nails is terrific. My nails lasted a full 7 days. I like the transparency of these nails and the shimmer of the nails. These are the first time I wore a square shape with the ColorFX nails and the nails are just as comfortable as the oval shape.
