RECOMMENDED MIXING:
For off-the-scalp application, mix 1 oz. of Colorcharm Powder Lightener with 1.5 to 2 oz. of Wella Developer (20 or 40 Vol) in a non-metallic bowl.
For on-the-scalp application, use only 20 Volume Crème Developer by mixing 1 oz. of Colorcharm Powder Lightener with 2 oz. Wella Crème Developer. Do not process for more than 50 minutes.
IMPORTANT:
Never shampoo before lightening. Perform a strand test before complete application. Always wear gloves.
CAUTION:
Do not use on eyelashes, eyebrows, facial hair or hair on other parts of the body. Do not use on hair in poor condition. Do not use in a metal mixing bowl. Do not permanently wave the hair immediately before or after lightening. Do not use if the scalp shows abrasions, scratches, or any other abnormal condition. Store in a cool, dry place.

Buy more than one
Hair Type Wavy Hair
Unless you have literally like, a quarter inch of roots you're trying to cover, buy more than one. Works well with the developer and lifts just fine, but I ran out while bleaching my half inch of roots. It's also weird that the smallest bottle of 20 vol developer is 3.7 oz while this calls for 2 oz of developer? Idk. I might see if I can't fix my hair with another packet of this and the 1.7 oz of developer I have left over.

This bleach definitely worked very well. I have fine straight dark brown hair and it lifted my hair significantly. It did not have dust and almost no odor which is great compared to other lighteners I have used in the past. I used it with wella 20vol developer.

I like this powder bleach! It lifts my hair perfectly when I use 30 developer…20 developer works good too but I prefer the results that I get with 30. This powder is dust free and mixes with developer smoothly (the little scooper is great too),I do also usually add the One N Only One Shot Bond Repair to this and it works great in protecting your hair while bleaching. This bleach even without using the bond repair doesn't leave my hair feeling super dry like other bleaches I've used. 45 minutes processing time is perfect for my hair! I Will keep repurchasing this over and over!! But be prepared to struggle with opening it sometimes it's ridiculously hard to get the lid off. **I also use Ion bright white cream bleach if this is sold out but Wella is my preference since it less drying but both are amazing!!

 If you are a box dye person, you will truly convert a soon as you discover wella bleach.  Depending on your hair color sometimes you don't even need to ton after.
