When using pencil, twist up minimally to avoid breakage. Expose about 1mm, with the pencil just barely peeking out of the tip.

Failed to believe reviews - inconceivable to me that Estee Lauder would sell this Brow Perfect Pencil. Assume the Estee Touch and Quality Control Personnel were on vacation when this Brow Perfect 3D was brought to retail market. I have used Estee Lauder products approximately 50 years and have never had a product fiasco. The fault is not my technique - The pencil design is abysmal
Don't fix if not broken!!
I loved the previous brow pencil- it was different than others. Now the pencil is much like all of them! Too thin - i miss the wide pencil! Please bring it back!
