- Using the precision spoolie, apply a small amount of gel onto clean, dry brows.
- Brush hairs back and forth to fully cover with product.
- Shape brows with the comb end, then gently press up and out into brows with the brush to set hairs in place for a laminated look.
- Use the Instant Lift Brow Pencil or Ultra-Precision Brow Pencil (both sold separately) to fill in sparse areas as needed.

I tried the Elf 3-in-1 Applicator Brow Laminating Gel and I am really impressed by the longevity of the hold. Over 10 and a half hours later my eyebrows still look pristine! Really nice product. Undetectable when on. Tames and shapes brows perfectly. The tube and brush are awesome. I use just a little so it's g ping to last me a while.
