Inside of the box of Hollywood contour tape are 3 pairs of each type. There are 2 different types of covering nipple flowers and the large bra tapes. You can easily cut them to size. They are very skin like in color and texture. It feels like a very thin stretchy ace bandage so they're very soft and... comfortable. It's a blend of very thin fabric elastic and adhesive. The stretch means they move with your body and look more natural. I have a big bust so the fit on a small bust might be better. While I do like the nipple flowers and they were easy and successful I did not like the large panels at all! I applied them myself but they would be much easier if you have a helper! I really struggled. The adhesive would stick to each other and I'd have to keep pulling it apart then that ruined the strength of the glue. I used the full panel. I did not cut it. I'm 40 around so it's possible I'm just too big busted for them. The only thing it was good for in my experience was cutting it way down and covering nipples. But the flowers did that better. The large panels had No hold Whatsoever on a large bust. But if you're bodice has some hold or you are small or maybe full B or small C at the most then these might work well for you 1 time when wearing those dresses and tops that you can't wear a bra with. The tape on the flowers held up nicely for the 1 evening. I did not feel I could reuse them again at all. but if you add some stripper glue you might be able to get a couple more uses out of them. The color matched my skin perfectly so they were undetectable under a sheer white fabric. The nipple covers stayed put. Overall I don't recommend the large panels for large busts at all. It was very hard to apply by myself they wrinkled and lost adhesian I could not rearrange them once on it was terrible really but I found the nipple flowers to be very comfortable and worked great if all you want is to hide your nipples under a sheer fabric. these big panels will probably work if you're not too busty and you have help putting them on. One person needs to hold your breast in place while another applies the panel while smoothing it out so you need to be comfortable getting felt up while applying. I think the glue could be much better. I do like the soft stretchy fabric feel. But if you are a small D or bigger it's not going to do anything other than cover the nipple and it looked wrinkled and edges were popping up on me. The packaging was fine nothing special but good.
