Make sure skin is clean, dry, oil, and lotion-free. Apply nipple covers before use. Remove the bottom portion of the liner and place it just above the natural fold of the breast or under the nipple. Start applying tape onto the skin from the bottom up, smoothing and stretching the tape as you go. After the bottom half is applied, remove the liner from the top half and start to stretch the tape until you reach the level of lift you desire. Allow adhesive to set and trim if needed.
To remove, saturate the product with a body safe oil. Gently and slowly lift off the tape, using more oil as needed. Use oil to remove excess residue from the skin.
Precautions: If irritation or redness occurs, discontinue use. Do not apply to irritated, sunburned, sensitive skin or open cuts. Pretest for sensitivity or allergies. Breast Contour Tape is not a skin sensitizer. Not recommended for women with skin disorders, very sensitive skin or who are pregnant or lactating or for use on children. Do not use if you are diabetic. Anyone can develop a rash or blisters. Remove immediately if experiencing a burning sensation. Adhesives may cause discoloration of skin pigmentation, more prevalent in women with dark skin tones. External use only. Keep out of reach of children.

This was my first time ever trying boob tape. I was very happy with how it works and how well it works! It was easy to apply and customize and it sticks well even when I was sweating they lasted. They add some shape and give adequate support when going braless. I definitely wish I'd tried this sooner with outfits that look better braless.

I do not feel comfortable sharing my exposed breast. I did try on the tape and it didn't disappoint. I've used this brand before and had a breat experience. This set is specially designed to lift and contour each best. The nipple pads provided are ultra gentle and make it easy to remove the big tape without hurting yourself (nips are extremely sensitive- not that the tape is rough). The tape gave me a beautiful lift and I love that it's almost like an invisible bra. Great for deep v dresses backless or other sexy styles. Highly recommend. Oh and it covers up to triple or quadruple D!!!

This is a customizable breast contour tape for sizes A-DDD. It comes with 3 pairs of no show concealer and 3 pairs of tape. I like that they are pre cut but you can cut more if needed. The instructions on the back of the box are easy to follow and did not hurt when applying and my skin was never irritated. As long as you follow the directions on the box they are easy to remove as well. They work great coverage wise and definitely lifted up my breast some.

These breast contour tapes are ok. They come pretty big and can cut them to your size. One side stuck very well with no problems and held well. One was really hard to remove and was painful.
