1 APPLY: Use both hands to gently smooth the product onto skin, starting at the ankles and working your way up to hips and waist. Repeat twice.
- DRAIN: Apply pressure with both hands around the ankle, and work upwards towards the top of the thigh until the waist. Repeat 6 times.
Place your hands around your knee. Using fingertips, perform draining movements at the back of the knee. Repeat 3 times.
With both hands flat and on top of each other, use press and release actions at the very top of inner thigh. Repeat 3 times.
- SMOOTH: With your fists, perform alternating smoothing/circular motions on the inside, top and outside of the thigh. Repeat 5 times.

I really liked this cream. It has a great calming aroma that lingers while it absorbs into the skin. That being said, I haven't observed any firming in my skin; this could be one of those creams that takes a long time to show benefits. Even though I don't notice any firming, it does tighten my skin and feels great to apply to places that require firming.

This Clarins Body Fit active gel cream is really good quality product . It has menthol scent at first that fades away into a really nice scent. It also has a cooling feeling that lasts some minutes which feels great especially in summer hot days . I'm very happy with this product and I recommended

I have been using it for a few days. with gel that helps absorb quickly into the skin and helps skin become firm, smooth, and hydrated. The scent is light and pleasant but it makes my skin dry and requires more moisturizing.
