Great Lower Lash Line Mascara
This is a nice mascara, but applying it is tricky. I wouldn't bother using it on your top lashes without a waterproof primer because alone it will not hold a curl. It will also flake if applied on the upper lashes, with or without a primer, so contact wearers beware. I didn't test it with a overcoat...

It's a great color. I hate that it's not waterproof, but the color is amazing!
Dry and smudgy
I agree with other reviewers that the formula seems dry. It also transfers all over under my eyes throughout the day and after a regular work day, is smudged under my eyes so much that it almost looks like I was crying. I much more recommend Colour Pop's Act Natural Mascara.
