These are the most invisible pimple patches I've tried so far. They work pretty well too. Kind of expensive but worth it so far!

Ive been using other pimple patches for months and once I switched to these, my skin became more red and very very dry. I really wanted to like these since I LOVE the other Personal Day products and use them daily. Unfortunately, these are just too strong for sensitive skin like mine.
