Apply daily in the evenings around the eye area to smooth the appearance of lines and prevent the look of premature skin aging. People seem to just use stuff and blame the product for not being informed lol this is retinol and SR uses a high quality type that's what makes their products so loved. This one is made for the eyes but it's still retinol and eye skin is thinner and more delicate so you have to gently work your way...

Makes Skin Sensitive
I started this 2 times per week, and my eye under eyes are very sensitive now, and it burns when i use Auto Correct in the morning following my use of 5 Stars the evening before.

Causes pain and dryness
I do not usually write reviews, but felt this one needed it. After using the eye cream two days in a row, I started having a burning sensation around my eyes. I blamed sun exposure, stress, and other irritants. I did stop using the eye cream for about a month and then used it again, same thing, burning, irritation, dryness. I can now confidently pinpoint the eye cream as the culprit. Burning, itchy, dryness and even scaly dry spots around my eyes! I would not recommend this product for anyone with normal to sensitive skin. I do not consider my skin sensitive.

I received this as a sample from another order and have never had any skin reactions before this. I followed the directions and hardly used a pea size for each under eye. I woke up with two horrible swollen and painful eyes. I am going on day 2 and am still swollen under my left eye. Would not recommend.

I'm in your older women category and absolutely love this eye treatment. I'm having issues with bags and dark circles that drive me bonkers. Started using this eye serum and can tell you it absolutely changes the game.
Avoid this product on your eyes
I used an entire tube of this and started to notice my under eye area looking more wrinkled than usual. I became concerned and went to see a Dermatologist. I was told that I should never use a retinoid on any part of the eye area because its way to thin to handle such a strong ingredient. This product will only age you so if thats not your jam I would pass.

I purchased this cream as part of the CH kit with high expectations, only to be sorely disappointed. Despite having used similar products like SR in the past and maintaining a good skincare routine, this cream proved to be an entirely different experience. Within a minute of application, the burning sensation was so intense that it felt like I had accidentally rubbed raw peppers onto my eye. Not only did it cause inflammation and redness around my eye and the adjacent area of my cheek, but it was also excruciatingly painful. Despite rinsing it off immediately with cool water and applying an ice compress, the discomfort persisted. Reluctantly, I attempted to use it again, this time layering it over a plain moisturizer devoid of any acids or additives, yet the result was the same – an unbearable burning sensation akin to fire ants. This product is not just disappointing; it poses a significant risk to one's skin health and safety.
