How quickly does it dry completely, including base coat and top coat?

We recommend letting the first coat dry for 2-3 minutes, then repeating that process for the second coat. If you are using a Top Coat, we would suggest the same drying time. To speed things up, you can try our Insta Dri Top Coat with Acrylic Polymer complex that hardens and dries any nail color to the touch in just seconds. We hope this helps! I was so excited by the color in the bottle of Tangerine Dream (#290) and after three coats it's still practically a clear coat. It is not at all opaque.

I tried the Pacific peace thinking this would go on the nail as pretty as it is in the bottle and it is translucent basically and false advertisement to stunning color it appears to be.

I like this brand a lot! It does give a nice shine and lasts longer in general. I highly recommend this product. And the packaging is great! It's drying time is also very fast!
