Does this have to be removed like nail polish, or does it soak in like a serum?

I have brittle nails and this nail polish helped me grow longer and stronger nails. It didn't feel too thick and it did a great job protecting my nails. It does have the traditional nail polish scent which I don't mind. The packaging feels a bit cheap but it is durable. Overall it's a great product, especially for the price
