I love this cleanser. It takes all of my makeup off and doesn't leave my skin dry or tight. My only complaint is the packaging. On the full size I agree with other reviews that the lid is hard to open. The nozzle broke and the cleanser was leaking out. I bought a generic travel bottle and poured the rest of the cleanser into it. The smaller size cleansers have broken as well when I was traveling. You have such a great product but please change your packaging.

First - I love this gelee cleanser. It is my favorite Estee Lauder cleanser. Unfortunately, the bottle (which doesn't contain a whole lot anyway) broke the second time I used it, causing me to waste a substantial amount if product. While I do love the cleanser, the faulty dispenser/lid makes it a poor value.

I got this cleanser with the gift set and I did not use it on my eyes. However, as I washed using it some of the residue obviously dripped down onto my eyelids because I woke up with red swollen, crusty eyelids. This cleanser was the only thing I had changed and so I stopped using it and my eyes eventually cleared up. I have never had sensitive skin before so this was shocking. I still love all the other products, I just cannot use this cleanser at all.
