I think this is good product to minimize chipping and get longer ware out of your polish..... But.............. and this is a BIG But.... It takes forever to dry -- I waited hours to let let it dry before I went to bed... and still woke up with sheet marks. Therefor the shine just doesn't last.

I've run into the same issues both times purchased. It doesn't dry well. I do thin coats of all (base, color and top) and still... Forget about sleeping on it, even hours later. And within a quarter of the bottle down, bubbling starts each use.
Lovely
It's shiny, dries very fast and doesn't shrink. Love the wide brush. I prefer a top coat that adds a gel-like finish to the nails, which this does not, hence the four stars. It's great for what it is, just not my 100% perfect top coat.
Does not dry
This does not dry even after hours of waiting. This may be more of a clear coat than a top coat because it does not dry down at all and leaves nails dented
