Is this tear free?

- Official Answer By Fairy Tales Hair Care - Brand EngageHi! Our products are not tear free and are recommended for children 3 years and up. For a formula to be “tear-free” a chemical that numbs the eye is added. At Fairy Tales Hair Care our commitment to clean, gentle ingredients is important to us and our customers. Therefore, we choose not to use this chemical. We have always found a damp wash cloth over the eyes during rinsing to be super helpful in avoiding the getting product in the eye.Was this answer helpful to you

While I absolutely LOVE the Lifeguard/Lemon Ade Product line, I am extremely disappointed in the packaging and lack of availability. On two separate occasions I purchased the only kits available in the store, only to get home and find that the shampoo bottles are only half-filled. Both times I was told by Ulta associates that the lack of availability in the line is due to manufacturing issues and that they most likely won't be carrying the line any longer. When I contacted the manufacturer directly concerning the shampoo bottles only being half-filled, she seemed less than willing to help and advised me to just return the items back to Ulta......knowing that I lived over a hour from the nearest Ulta store. Needless to say, the products themselves are GREAT, especially for my young daughter who is taking daily swim lessons but for us we will be finding a different line of products to meet our needs.
