Nice Liner But......
This liner is beautiful and goes on smooth and also has staying power. I also use it for a lip liner. However, I have purchased this twice now and about 1/4 of the way in on both purchases, it breaks off a significant amount of the liner and therefore you lose a good amount of it or it cannot be us...

irritated eyes
Product (electric brown) looks matte in the photos, but it's actually shimmery with small pieces of glitter. The glitter got into my eyes and irritated them very much. It does remove easily though with cleanser.
The Best eyeliner
The eyeliner glides on so easy to apply. I have watery eyes was having a hard time applying other eyeliners. Never an issue around water line. Rouge noir is not black it has a purple hue. I am so happy hope more colors to come. Color stays all day. Thank you to other reviewers for an honest review. I have tried so many eyeliners chanel really made a winner.
love it, but some color confusion

First off: this pencil is great. It goes on smooth and dark, and can be blended very nicely. I like to use this on my lower lash line and blend it out with my finger. My only complaint is really nitpicky: this and the liquid liner both come in a "Rouge Noir" color, and the same models are used to demonstrate the colors, but they do NOT read the same. The liquid reads a very deep burgundy, while this kohl reads eggplant. The "swatches" are more accurate and show the difference better, I think. This is still a beautiful color and it looks great with my brown eyes, but just keep in mind it is not an exact match to the liquid Rouge Noir.
gorgeous dark purple
this is beautiful for brown eyes! it glides on easy and stays put over primer! I like my liner thin to thick and this is perfect!! doesn't smudge!! I thought the price was high... but, after it's performance it's actually totally legit!
