HOW TO REPLACE THE FILTER CARTRIDGE
- STEP 1: While your Shower Filter is already in place, use one hand to hold onto the bottom of the Shower Filter. Then, twist the filter cap counterclockwise to remove it and access the existing filter cartridge.
- STEP 2: Remove the old filter cartridge and slide the new one into the Shower Filter with the black band facing downwards. Then, reattach the filter cap by twisting it clockwise for a secure fit.
- STEP 3: Run the water for at least a minute to activate the new filter & flush out any air bubbles for a seamless flow.
Pro tip: To maintain your elevated shower experience, change the filter cartridge every 3 months.*

Broke easily while trying to attach
It works but it's plastic, not metal. I guess I should have figured based on the other color options but for some reason seeing the chrome and even holding it in my hand I totally thought it was made out of metal. Great idea, poorly designed
As I was installing the filter onto the shower pipe, the plastic nut cracked in multiple places before it was fully on. As a result, water shot out of the connection as well as pouring out of the filter itself.
Cheap quality
It was great until it broke. After opening you see that the shiny material is only plastic, not stainless steel. Needless to say, it lasted less than 6months (purchased in July 25').

So pleased with the water quality after installing this filter. I knew I needed one and have tried other brands; Kitsch is far and away the most effective. I'm noticing the improvement in my skin and increased volume in my hair (which seems to stay clean and full longer than before I installed the filter).

Good filter, cheaply made
Worth the buy but i might replace with another one later on. It filters water good and my scalp has been a lot happier. Be careful when you tighten the mechanism as the bolt cracks extremely easily with pressure. This is my second purchase only because i bought quite a bit of refills.
