Apply UltraCalming Cleanser onto face and neck, gently massaging with fingertips with light, upward strokes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water or remove with dry cotton pads. Follow with UltraCalming Mist. Spray over face, neck and chest with eyes closed. Squeeze a small amount of Calm Water Gel Moisturizer into palm and rub hands together to activate. Pat gently onto face and neck. Use twice a day for continuous relief.

I wouldn't waste money on it.
I've tried out the face wash for a few days and I'm not thrilled. My face does not feel clean after use, it feels greasy. The mist doesn't seem bad. I use it after drying my face and it doesn't irritate it. The smell isn't very pleasant.
Dermalogica products
I love them all, just wish I could afford the full size bottles. I have been buying one at a time, and keep purchasing the box with the cleanser, spritz, and calming gel. I love all three, but I can't afford the big bottles. I just bought my first big bottle of the PreCleance which I love.
