Dior Rouge Dior Forever Liquid Sequin Duo - Limited Edition

I am so glad they relaunched these. I have 4 of the old ones and this shade launch is so much better. carousel is a beauitful burgundy red. ribbons was surprisingly my favorite, it's a very pale nude pink with silver sparkle that just looks STUNNING. I prefer them without the gloss but gloss lovers will still enjoy the effect. the gloss does dull down the sparkle in lighter shades, but it's there. I honestly was a bit dossapointed with darkest shade 905. It didn't apply evenly and I had to coat a few times for a even saturation and it's much more or a cocoa/true brown than pictured. I think I'm going to return it and get acrobat instead and the other pink color. If you own any of the old ones, pay attention to the numbers because I almost repurchased shade 100 not realizing that it's the old shade called Dream. Super happy, it's the same amount of product for the old price PLUS a gloss. its a better value than the original sequin liquid with a much better shade range. This is the only lipstick I'd ever pay $50 plus on. IMO you get what you pay for here. I LOVE them. fast dry time, amazing sparkle.

I was so excited to try this lipstick. Directions say to wait one minute before pursing lips together and waiting for sparkle, I waited 5 minutes. I patted my lips together and the lipstick did exactly what it said it does, however when adding the gloss on top, which is clear, the sparkle completely disappeared!!!!! For the price tag this was a let down, ill be returning.
