My hair was soft and the smell was amazing but two days later when I went to use it again there was an oily mess that had run out of the travel case I had it stored in. So far I have loved the shampoos and the conditioners! They do a great job, are all natural, come in a cardboard box and no plastic is involved in packaging. However, I have tried the rosemary scented shampoo/conditioner and the tan colored one, (was it vanilla?) and didn't care for either smell. I will try the purple colored one next time. I know some perfumes are filled with chemicals, but if there is a way to use natural ingredients to make a better smelling product, I'd love a coconut scent or something less objectionable.

The bar was very soft and turned soupy I kept it on a dry dish but the little moisture I had on my hair transferred to make the bar very soft. I wish to return, but when I contacted CS I was ignored.

It didn't take many washings before the bar broke up into pieces. It could be that it isn't drying out well that has caused this. I ordered a holder for my bars. Hopefully it will help.

I bought the Kitsch products because they do not use plastic bottles, and the shape of the bars makes more sense than the one I was using. The products are very good.
